Reveneer Expands into Downtown Fort Lauderdale

Reveneer, a Massachusetts-based provider of outsourced sales development services for technology companies, is expanding into South Florida with the addition of a new office in the Tower 101 building located at 101 NE 3rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

Reveneer currently employs about 250 people at its Lexington, Massachusetts headquarters.  The company has signed a lease for 18,392 square feet on the 17th floor of Tower 101, where it plans to add approximately 125 employees in 2023 to support record growth. CBRE’s Max Pawk represented Reveneer in this transaction and the building was also represented by CBRE’s John Criddle and Joe Freitas. The company was assisted by the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance, Broward County and the City of Fort Lauderdale.

“At Reveneer, some of the best-known technology brands and fast-growing tech companies rely on our expertly trained and managed sales development teams to fuel their growth,” said Greg Casale, Founder and CEO of Reveneer. “We explored several U.S. cities for our second home. In Broward County we found a diverse workforce drawn from local colleges, the service industry, and those arriving from outside of the state.  This is a perfect match to grow our employee base. In addition, the continued migration of businesses to South Florida from across the country means we will be able to introduce our services to many new customers.”

Reveneer expects to begin building out its operations at Tower 101 in the third quarter of this year and start recruiting late this year for entry-level sales development reps to service new customers.  Reveneer has been recognized as an Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Company three years’ running, and as a best workplace by Inc. Magazine, Boston Globe and BuiltIn Boston.

“We’re excited that Reveneer chose Broward County for its new location. We look forward to their growth and success in our community,” said Broward County Mayor Michael Udine.

“Companies like Reveneer choose Fort Lauderdale because of our outstanding business climate and unparalleled quality of life. We look forward to welcoming their team,” said City of Fort Lauderdale Mayor Dean Trantalis.

“With more than 300,000 college students and our thriving TechGateway technology cluster, Fort Lauderdale is a perfect fit for Reveneer and we are grateful the company will leverage our talent pool to help grow their business,” said Bob Swindell, President / CEO of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance.
